Highly recommend Jay. I own my house today because of this guy. He was super-friendly, professional and always responsive on emails/phone. When I had almost given up the hope of ever owning a home, he encouraged me and stood by me for 4 months. He used to go an extra mile by searching for houses every day. Trust me, I know when I say this, if you want to buy a house, you wont find a realtor better than him. I had experiences with other realtors too, who would forget about my emails/phones and don't bother responding to me. For most of the realtors in Calgary, its a business for them. But Jay is a down-to-earth guy who connects with you a deeper level and gets you exactly what you want no matter your budget or expectations.
